1. 30-Day Return Policy
At Ofzilla Stationery Inc., we want you to be fully satisfied with your office supplies. You can return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging, tags, and manuals included.
3. Consumable Items (Special Restrictions)
For health and safety reasons, or due to the nature of the products, the following items cannot be returned once the seal is broken (unless defective):
- Ink & Toner: Cartridges, toners, and ribbons.
- Paper Products: Reams of paper, notebooks, or sticky notes if opened.
- Writing Instruments: Bulk packs that have been opened or used.
4. Shipping & Fees
- Defective Items: Ofzilla will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
- General Returns: For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. A 10% restocking fee may apply to bulk corporate orders.

Please contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back to us.
